Du steuerst komplexe Projektchancen von der ersten Qualifizierung über die Angebots- und Verhandlungsphase bis hin zum Vertragsabschluss und arbeitest dabei eng mit Projektentwicklern, Wohnungsunternehmen, Investoren, Kommunen und weiteren relevanten Stakeholdern zusammen.
<br>Mit deinem Verständnis für Projektentwicklung, Baurecht, Wirtschaftlichkeit und Entscheidungsprozesse in der Immobilienbranche bewertest du Chancen, identifizierst Risiken und führst Kunden sicher durch den gesamten Entwicklungs- und Vergabeprozess.
Dabei koordinierst du interdisziplinäre Teams, schaffst Klarheit für alle Beteiligten und sorgst für belastbare kommerzielle Ent.
