As a Senior Solution Manager – Workforce Optimization & Compliance (m/f/d), you will be responsible for the strategic and functional development of our workforce management solutions.
You will design future‑proof, compliant, and efficient solutions for workforce planning, shift optimization, and personnel cost control, ensuring their seamless integration into HR, ERP, and access control systems.
You will act as the domain owner for Workforce within our solution stack and serve as the central interface between Product Management, R&D, Legal, Sales, and our customers.
