</p> <p>You’ll join our Legal, Risk and Compliance team, and own our Enterprise Risk Management Framework, business resilience planning, and global insurance program.
You will also be <strong>responsible for driving a risk-aware culture across Akaysha Energy.
</strong></p> <p><strong>What you’ll do</strong></p> <ul> <li>Lead and continuously improve Akaysha’s Enterprise Risk Management Framework, embedding a strong risk culture across the business.
</li> <li>Drive business resilience planning, including incident management and business continuity programs that support operational readiness.
</li> <li>Own Akaysha’s global insurance strategy and portfolio, ensuring effective, commercially sound coverage across corporate and project activities.
</li> <li>Partner with brokers, insurers and internal stakeholders to manage renewals, claims, policy placement and contractual risk exposures.
</li> <li>Provide strategic risk and insurance reporting, advice and training across Akaysha.
