You analyze and assess data protection compliance risks at system and process level and develop them further based on recognized standards.

You analyze relevant data protection.

Requisitos

from the international context and integrate them into the existing setup.You support product development in close collaboration with tech and product teams.You review and assess data protection agreements as well as tools and software for data protection compliance.You create and continuously update internal data protection policies and procedures (in particular the record of processing activities).You handle and coordinate data subject rights requests (e.g. access, rectification and erasure requests) and ensure compliance with data subject rights in collaboration with other departments.You work closely with our DPO and General Counsel as well as the entire Legal team.You bring:You are a fully qualified lawyer (Volljurist:in) in GermanyYou have at least 4 years of relevant professional experience at a reputable law firm or as an in-house counsel in the field of IT and data protection.You are keen to work in an internatio...
