Your MissionAs an Implementation Specialist at Hawk, your responsibility is to transform customer.
You start with a signed contract and support the customer until go-live.
This includes translating policies, regulatory obligations and risk factors into Hawk's setup, data mapping, workflow configuration, UAT support and ensuring that key project timelines and milestones are met.
You support our customers in realising true value by detecting more financial crime, allowing investigators to focus on what matters instead of drowning in false positives, and adopting state-of-the-art AI technologies.
Key ResponsibilitiesRequirements and needs assessment: gather and analyse the customer's AML, fraud and screening requirements and advise on best-practice configuration.
Configuration: translate policies, screening algorithms, regulatory requirements and risk factors into Hawk's setup, covering rules, screening, customer risk rating and workflows.
Data mapping and integration: lead the technical deployment and integration with the customer's systems, via API or batch mechanisms.
Testing and go-live: support the custome.
