As our company continues to grow, new People topics and projects continuously emerge.
We're looking for someone who enjoys taking ownership of a topic, diving deep into it, and turning ideas into tangible outcomes.
Rather than focusing on day-to-day People Operations, you'll work on dedicated projects that support our growth and employee experience.
Depending on current priorities, this could include topics such as Employer Branding, Time Management, Work Location concepts, People Policies, or other strategic People initiatives.
You'll research best practices, develop concepts, collaborate with stakeholders, and help turn ideas into reality.
At the same time, you'll gain valuable insights into how People work is shaped in a growing deep-tech company.
This position is based in Garching near Munich, for 20 hours per week, and is initially limited to 6 months.
Your TasksTake ownership of one of our current People projects and drive it from concept to implementationResearch best practices, gather insights, and develop recommendations for your project areaCollaborate with stakeholders across different teams and incorporate their perspectivesStructure project plans, define next steps, and ensure sustainable implementationSupport additional People projects depending on business needs and prioritiesGain exposure to broader People topics and learn how a modern People Team operates in a growing deep-tech companyYour ProfileYou're currently enrolled in a Master's degree program, ideally in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Communications, or a related fieldAlternatively, you're passionate about topics such as Employer Branding, organizational development, company culture, or employee.
