Job OverviewTake responsibility for a portfolio of quantitative equity indices used by leading global investment banks and asset managers.
In this role, you will be a key contact for our international clients and a senior operational counterpart within the index management team, supporting the coordination of projects, priorities, and day-to-day activities.
You will also help ensure continuity and effective decision-making when required.
Your TasksCoordinate the rebalancing and maintenance of a portfolio of quantitative equity indices, ensuring accurate and timely delivery and adapting workflows to evolving client expectations.
Drive team initiatives and process improvements, from kick-off to delivery, to enhance efficiency, client satisfaction, and business growth.
Serve as a trusted advisor to international clients, including investment banks and asset managers, guiding them through index-related questions and rebalancing outcomes and acting as the primary contact for escalations.
Help organise the team's day-to-day work by aligning priorities, supporting colleagues, and following up on open topics.
Work closely with Data, Engineering, and Product to turn client.
