the RoleWe are looking for a Senior Forward Deployed Engineer to join our Professional Services team in London

You will own the technical delivery of solutions that embed the monday.

com AI Work Platform into a customer's enterprise tech stack through integration, custom application development, and agentic AI engineering.

You will work directly with customers to turn business problems into production systems their businesses depend on.

As a senior member of the team, you will set the technical direction of our most complex EMEA engagements, including outcome-based engagements where monday.

com delivers a working business result.

You will also raise the technical bar of the London team and help shape the global Services tooling roadmap.

Please note that this is a hybrid position with three days/week in our London office.

ResponsibilitiesOwn the end-to-end technical design of complex, multi-workstream engagements: architecture, integration approach, security and governance, and the path from pilot to scale.

• Lead technical scoping before and after the sale: break a business problem into a deliverable solution, estimate effort and risk, and shape the delivery plan and the commercial model with account and deployment strategy teams.
• Deliver outcome-based engagements, where success is measured by the business result in production (throughput, cycle time, manual effort removed), not hours delivered.
