You’ll own hands-on implementation activities from kickoff through configuration, validation, foundational training, launch, and handoff—helping customers reach measurable first value from 3E’s products.
This role combines technical implementation, customer engagement, and project coordination.
You’ll translate the agreed scope of work into a practical delivery plan, configure customer environments using real customer data, coordinate with technical and cross-functional partners, and keep milestones, risks, dependencies, and customer commitments visible throughout the engagement.
You’ll also support post-onboarding Value Realization Projects that help customers expand or improve their use of 3E through activities such as migrations, integrations, data remediation, inventory and catalog optimization, and workflow enablement.
You’ll work closely with the broader account team with clear ownership: the Implementation Specialist owns implementation delivery, the CSM owns ongoing adoption, and the AM owns the commercial account.
This role is well suited to someone who enjoys combining hands-on technical work with customer interaction, takes ownership of outcomes, and is comfortable working through changing priorities and ambiguity.
