In this role, you will work within our Regulatory Affairs team and help ensure that information, documentation, and processes are organized and available where they are needed.

Your scientific understanding will enable you to work confidently with ingredients, raw materials, product specifications and related technical documentation – while your organizational.

will keep numerous topics moving forward.This is an ideal opportunity for someone with a background as a Chemielaborant, CTA, BTA, PTA or in a comparable scientific field who would like to transition into an office-based role while continuing to use their technical knowledge.Your roleYou will support our Regulatory Affairs teams with their day-to-day operational activities, such as product changes, reformulations and related topics by ensuring that all relevant information and documents are availableYou coordinate and maintain product and raw material information, including specifications, certificates and other related technical documentsYou will gather missing information and documentation from internal stakeholders, suppliers and external partners and notify food supplements at the responsible German authorityYou maintain product and regulatory information in our internal systems, databases and make sure they are consistentYou help organize and coordinate documentation and product-related requests You conduct initial checks of documents and data for completeness and consistency and support the preparation of internal documentation, overviews and reportsYou take ownership of recurring operational and administrative processes within the team and continuously look for ways to make th...
