Now we're looking for someone to take what we've built and make it even better.
You'll lead our small People Operations team, combining day-to-day operational ownership with systems, data, reward and continuous improvement.
We're particularly interested in people who bring three things: genuine People Operations expertise, a real strength in numbers and data, and practical experience of implementing automation or AI-enabled improvements.
What you'll be doingOwn and continually improve our end-to-end People Operations processes, from onboarding and Right to Work compliance through to offboarding.
Take ownership of our People systems, data and reporting, ensuring accuracy and providing meaningful insight to support decisions.
Use AI, automation and technology to simplify processes, reduce manual work and improve efficiency.
