Benjamin is a new cash-rewards platform for consumers, merchants and gamers to earn cash, called Benjamin Money Moments, by completing daily tasks, playing casual games, viewing content and ads, and making everyday card purchases with cash back.

</p> <p><strong>What you'll do:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Own the full ML lifecycle: EDA, problem framing, prototyping, productionizing, and operating models in production.

</li> <li>Design, build and deploy ML models that power core product and business decisions.

</li> <li>Build and run training, retraining and evaluation pipelines, including experiment tracking and model versioning with MLflow.

</li> <li>Set up monitoring for model performance, data quality and drift, and act on what it shows.

</li> <li>Write well-tested, maintainable Python and ship through CI/CD on AWS.

</li> <li>Partner with data engineering on reliable, efficient data pipelines and SQL-based feature work.

</li> <li>Raise the engineering bar through code reviews, design discussions and mentoring other engineers and data scientists.

Calificaciones

• 5+ years of hands-on Python software development, with strong engineering practices: testing, code review, CI/CD, Git, and working with AWS and SQL.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with DS/ML tools and frameworks such as PyTorch, MLflow, NumPy, pandas and scikit-learn.
• A track record of building, deploying and maintaining ML models in production, not only in notebooks.
