<p><strong>Purpose of the role</strong></p> <p>We are looking for a Retail Associate to join our London team.

</p> <p>The primary location for this position is Marylebone High Street, though occasional support at our Selfridges counter, a short walk from the store, may also be required.

</p> <p>This is a full-time position, and because of the rhythm of the store, availability during evenings and weekends is essential.
</p> <p><strong>What you will do:</strong></p> <p>Every day in this role looks a little different, but you can expect to:</p> <ul> <li>Build genuine, lasting relationships with our customers through thoughtful clienteling, making each visit feel personal and unhurried.
</li> <li>Host our VIP clients in store and at private appointments, offering informed advice with care and discretion.
</li> <li>Support the store's daily operations, including sales, visual merchandising, and replenishment.
</li> <li>Develop a deep understanding of our products and how to care for them.
</li> <li>Share regular reporting and customer feedback with the store manager and senior leadership.
</li> <li>Work both independently and with the team to ensure the day runs smoothly and to meet our shared goals.
</li> <li>Take on other ad hoc duties as and when needed.
