Quality Control Manager

We are looking for a Quality Control Manager to establish and lead the company-wide quality-control process across production, operations, engineering, testing, and support functions.

You will define how quality is measured, verified, documented, and improved across the company.

Working closely with subject-matter experts in highly technical departments—including propulsion—you will build practical quality-control processes that support rapid development while maintaining high standards of safety, reliability, traceability, and performance.

This is a broad, hands-on role for someone who can create structure in a fast-moving technical environment, create scalable, low friction and effective processes - working effectively with both production teams and specialist engineers.
