Senior Fullstack Developer (Berlin)

The Privatize engineering team is seeking a Berlin-based Senior Fullstack Developer with deep expertise in Python, Django, JS, and TailwindCSS to lead the development of strategic platform features.

With at least 5 years of experience or exceptional technical ability, you’ll play a crucial role in shaping the product architecture, driving implementation, and delivering creative, user-focused solutions.

Tasks Lead end-to-end development of new features using Python, Django, JS and TailwindCSS, from architecture to deployment Collaborate cross-functionally with product, design, and business teams to turn concepts into scalable and maintainable code Manage technical projects, establish timelines, and ensure successful delivery Gather and interpret feedback from users and stakeholders to drive product evolution Advocate for best practices in code quality, performance, and security Mentor junior developers and contribute to a collaborative, growth-focused engineering culture.

Requisitos

5+ years of professional software development experience, including deep expertise in Python, Django, modern JS frontend frameworks, and TailwindCSS Proven ability to independently manage and execute on complex projects Strong problem-solving mindset with a track record of crafting creative, scalable solutions Experience working in cross-functional teams and aligning tech decisions with product strategy Familiarity with AWS, Github, Sentry, and Figma Bonus: Experience in private markets, fintech, or B2B2C platforms
