Director of Process Optimization, you will: Lead organization-wide initiatives to standardize and centralize operational processes.
This role partners closely with cross-functional stakeholders to assess current-state workflows, develop scalable process frameworks, and drive sustainable adoption through structured change management practices.
The Role: Lead end-to-end process improvement initiatives, encompassing current-state analysis, solution design, implementation planning, and post-deployment evaluation.
Design and execute change management strategies, including stakeholder communication plans, training curricula, and adoption monitoring frameworks.
Conduct structured process assessments to identify inefficiencies, control gaps, and opportunities for standardization across business units.
Establish and report on key performance indicators to measure process health.
