As Senior IT Operations Engineer, you own complex IT Operations work end to end across the company, leading multi stakeholder projects and using automation to make sure the fixes actually hold.
You'll be the person other teams come to when something needs to actually get built, not just patched, and you'll have real say in how we shape the function as we grow.
You'll also be the escalation point when issues go beyond what normal support can handle.
Instead of just closing the ticket, you fix why it happened, and you're already building solutions for problems before anyone's even raised them.
