About the Role:This is a founding role and our first commercial hire.
You will be in the driving seat, shaping Nopan’s GTM strategy alongside the founders while owning the Enterprise opportunity end-to-end and often acting as a payments consultant to the people you sell to.
You will lay the foundations of the commercial function at Nopan: pipeline discipline, CRM, materials, repeatable approach and help us hire the people who come after you.

What You’ll Do:Shape GTM strategy alongside the founding team: target segments, market prioritisation, pricing and packaging, and how we position against PSPs and incumbents.
Build and run the pipeline yourself: identify priority accounts across European markets, find the route in, and drive multi-stakeholder deals through payments, product, finance, legal and engineering teams.
Help define and own Nopan revenue metrics setting the baseline for what good looks like.
Engage as a credible peer with Heads of Payments and payments leaders.
