That’s where you come in! We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced MES & Automation Engineer with strong expertise in Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), semiconductor equipment automation, SECS/GEM communication, factory automation, and equipment integration.
You will be responsible for the design, development, configuration, integration, testing, deployment, and support of MES and automation solutions for semiconductor manufacturing equipment and factory systems.
You will work closely with IT, Engineering, Production, and other stakeholders to ensure manufacturing equipment and systems are effectively integrated, digitally controlled, traceable, and capable of supporting reliable manufacturing operations.
What you will be doing: MES EngineeringUnderstand and manage MES Master Data structures and associated manufacturing workflows.
Create and maintain MES process flows and routing configurations.
Configure and manage Constraint Management and Dispatch Management functions.
Troubleshoot MES issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement continuous improvements.
