When a critical project hits a wall, whether the problem is technical, organizational, or both, you step in, get to the root of it, and get it back on track.

You work at the staff level alongside product and project management, and your judgment shapes what we build: which problems the platform solves next, how projects are scoped, and where the technical boundaries lie.

Responsabilidades

• Take technical ownership of our most critical customer projects and turn around those that are off track.
• Diagnose problems across the whole system: robot hardware, controls, perception, AI models, software, and integration.
• Make the call on technical direction when there is no obvious answer, and stand behind it with customers, partners, and management.
• Step into project leadership where needed: re-plan scope, reset expectations, and get the team moving again.
• Shape the product roadmap with what you learn in the field, and turn one-off solutions into platform capabilities.
• Challenge and sharpen the project scope early, before commitments are made, together with Sales, Pre-Sales, and project management.
• Act as a technical counterpart for senior customer and partner stakeholders.
• Coach engineers across teams, and raise the technical bar by example.

Habilidades

• Master's degree or PhD in Robotics, Computer Science, Mechatronics, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, or a comparable field.
