</p> <p>Our Ideal Colleague Has Experience With:</p> <ul> <li>At least 6 years of proven commercial experience in a professional software engineering environment.
</li> <li>Designing, building and maintaining Generative AI applications, including deploying and operating them in production using Python.
</li> <li>Hands-on experience with GenAI frameworks, libraries or platforms such as LangChain, TensorFlow, PyTorch or FastAPI.
</li> <li>Working with Generative AI models in production environments, both open-source and proprietary, including models such as GPT, Llama and Claude.
</li> <li>Implementing and optimizing core GenAI components, including vector databases, embeddings, chunking strategies and evaluation frameworks.
</li> <li>Driving architectural decisions and contributing to the long-term technical vision of a platform or product.
</li> <li>Leading technology adoption and change management initiative.
