You’ll own real parts of our hiring engine from day one.
Like everyone at Augustus, you’ll run day-to-day work in parallel with one or two larger projects.
What you’ll work on:Source and engage candidates across engineering, product, operations, compliance and sales.
Coordinate interview processes and keep hiring managers and candidates moving.
Build and automate our recruiting workflows with Ashby, n8n and AI, so we hire better without adding headcount.
