The role:As a Talent team, we always prioritise quality - you’ll hold the hiring bar whilst building strong pipeline velocity when there’s commercial pressure to move fast and handling the ambiguity of a scaling organisation solving complex problems.
In your role as Senior Talent Partner, you’ll act as a genuine advisor to stakeholders, and own end-to-end recruitment processes.
You’ll show up prepared, with deep market intelligence for your function and use it to shape recruiting strategy before you’re asked.
You’ll use hiring data to show where the process is working and where it isn’t.
You use AI to power your productivity, and focus your time on what AI can’t do: building strong, agile stakeholder relationships, giving candidates an exceptional experience and building connections.
