Responsabilidades

• Analyse and specify requirements for digital pension solutions • Support the further development of the digital pension portfolio • Conduct workshops with business stakeholders, product management and specialist departments • Develop customer-focused and technically feasible solution proposals independently • Create and specify features and user stories • Develop GUI prototypes in collaboration with UX/UI specialists • Support and accompany the implementation of new features • Coordinate and perform the acceptance of delivered functionality • Ensure quality assurance and support the testing of new functionalities Your Profile • At least 5 years of professional experience in Business Engineering, ideally within the financial services or insurance industry • Senior to Expert-level experience in Business Analysis / Business Engineering • Experience with digital investment platforms, pension solutions or advisory solutions• Strong methodological knowledge, for example: o BPMN o GUI prototyping o Story Maps • Experience working in agile organisations, preferably with SAFe • Strong analytical and conceptual
