Your impact in this position:As our (Senior) Revenue Operations Manager (f/m/d), your mission is to make sure our revenue organization grows in a way that is strong, predictable and scalable.
You combine data analysis with consistent process automation, and you play a key part in giving Sales more time for what actually matters, in raising forecast quality to a new level, and in building a go-to-market (GTM) structure that scales with aedifion.
What you can expect:Sales enablement roadmap: Take ownership of the prioritized sales enablement roadmap and drive it forward, so that manual work in Sales goes down step by step through workflow automation.
Forecast and pipeline: Define what good pipeline quality and forecast accuracy mean at aedifion, track how both develop, and turn what you see into concrete measures that make our planning more reliable.
Turning data into decisions: Analyze GTM data from different sources, spot patterns and connections, and translate them into clear recommendations that revenue leaders and the C-level can act on.
GTM process architecture: Design and improve the processes along the entire GTM funnel, set clear definitions and handovers between teams, and keep developing them based on your own analyses.
Building agents and governance: Build and roll out AI agents for recurring steps in GTM work, establish one common standard for how AI automation is used, and keep quality and oversight across all team.
