The RoleWe’re looking for a Manager based in either our London or Manchester office to join Unity Advisory’s growing corporate tax team.

You’ll manage a portfolio of advisory and compliance engagements, helping CFOs and finance teams navigate tax obligations, business growth and change.

You’ll use digital tools to improve analysis, streamline delivery and produce clear, practical advice, applying your technical judgement throughout.

Working with senior colleagues, you’ll build client relationships, develop junior team members and help shape how we deliver our services.

ResponsibilitiesManage day-to-day delivery across a portfolio of corporate tax clients, acting as their main point of contact.

• Deliver advice on corporate structuring, reorganisations and tax planning, with senior support on complex matters.

Use AI, automation and data analysis to improve delivery, checking outputs for accuracy and technical quality.

Prepare and review corporation tax computations, returns and technical reports, managing deadlines and identifying risks.

• Manage routine HMRC correspondence and enquiries, escalating complex issues where needed.
• Support transaction-related projects alongside M&A Tax and Deals colleagues.

Coach junior colleagues, review their work and manage engagement budgets and resources.

Identify opportunities to support clients further and contribute to proposals and pitches.
