We’re looking for a product manager to own our kits and workflows, including EV Profiler and LNP Profiler, now that the concept is proven.
You’ll make sure sample preparation, fluid handling, imaging, analysis and reporting software work together as one system, and your responsibility is the complete customer experience, from sample to scientifically meaningful result.
The job is making that system rock solid: hardening what’s already on the market, making sure it works the same way at every site, and getting more customers on it without support load growing at the same rate.
The Role As part of the Product team, you’ll own the product management of our kits and end-to-end workflows, including the Discovery Kit, EV Profiler and LNP Profiler and their future revisions.
You will ensure these work together with automated sample preparation and fluid handling, imaging, analysis and reporting software to deliver reliable, reproducible and intuitive solutions for our customers.
The initial products have launched, and the work now is making them dependable, repeatable, and scalable for our customers.
You’ll create clarity and momentum for the R&D teams by understanding which problems matter, turning customer and market evidence into priorities, and removing barriers to delivering a coherent solution.
You’ll grow adoption to routine use across many sites, including bioprocessing and QC settings where results must be reproducible and defensible, and you’ll work with Marketing on positioning and the product story as the portfolio evolves.
