As our Regional Operations Manager, you’ll be responsible for leading, coordinating, and delivering commissioning and technical operations across multiple projects within their assigned regions in mainland Europe.
You will ensure that all technical, operational, and delivery activities are executed safely, efficiently, consistently, and in line with company standards, contractual.
You will provide technical authority, operational leadership, and oversight of site-based teams, acting as the primary link between regional project delivery and senior management.
It is essential that you have the flexibility to travel into Europe every week or ideally you will be already based in Europe with the flexibility to travel around EU without restrictions.
Key Areas of Responsibility Technical Leadership Provide technical leadership, direction, and oversight to all site-based commissioning and operations teams within the region.
Set and enforce technical standards, methodologies, and best practices across all sites.
Project and Operational Management Work closely with Project Managers and key stakeholders to define project scope, milestones, and deliverables.
Oversee progress, risks, and constraints, implementing corrective actions where required.
Technical Governance and Quality Ensure that all commissioning activities comply with company procedures, industry standards, and client requireme.
