Purpose The Quality & ESG Specialist is responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality, efficiency, and environmental, social & governance related topics across all company operations, developing and implementing process improvements, and maintaining compliance with industry and HiSERV regulations.
Environmental: Maintain and check for adherence of the Environmental Management System HiSERV Group wide, report achievements/developments internally and externally.
Safety Compliance & Reporting: Ensure all operations comply with aviation, health, and safety regulations, maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry regulations and report to senior management regularly.
Audit & Certification Management: Coordinate internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with ISO standards and other relevant certifications; support the certification process of HiSERV Group.
Training & Awareness: Develop and implement training programs to ensure employees understand and adhere to quality and safety standards.
