the RoleAs part of the continued growth of our activities and the deployment of our photonic Quantum Processing Units (QPUs) to international customers, we are looking for a Technical Support & Operations Technician / Engineer to join our team.You will contribute to the operational monitoring of Quandela's QPUs and other hardware products deployed at customer sites, ensuring their proper operation and supporting maintenance activities, both remotely and on site.Working at the interface between Quandela's technical teams and system users, you will develop a broad understanding of our products, particularly the interactions between hardware equipment and software control interfaces

You will perform initial technical investigations when issues arise and involve the relevant technical experts when required.

The role combines technical support, maintenance, field interventions, training and continuous improvement in a complex and international technological environment.

Internal training will provide you with the specific knowledge required to understand our technology and systems.
