As part of the Administrative & Operations function, you will support executives who are driving high-impact, cross-company initiatives.
We value adaptability, ownership, and a sense of humor as we move fast and scale quickly.In this role, you will provide support for 2-3 senior executives, ensuring they can operate efficiently and stay focused on top priorities
You will manage complex scheduling across multiple time zones, coordinate travel and expenses, and support key team activities including meetings, offsites, and reporting.
You’ll play a central role in keeping the leadership team organized, informed, and moving forward by anticipating needs, driving follow-ups, and handling sensitive information with discretion.
This position requires someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, and able to execute with minimal oversight.
