WHAT IS THIS JOB.
At first you’ll focus on UI: building screens, components and flows for our platform, and helping our design system grow.
Over time you’ll take on larger parts of the product end to end.
This is what you’ll do:Turn flows and concepts into detailed production-ready screens.
Create and maintain components in Figma, keep them in sync with what’s in code, and notice when patterns start to drift.
Pair with developers, review builds, and make quick trade-offs when something doesn’t fit the sprint.
Your designs ship; you don’t just hand off Figma files.
When a shortcut hurts the experience, you say so, explain why, and propose an alternative.
And you know when good enough is good enough.
Join customer calls and factory visits, test ideas with our forward deployed engineers, and bring what you learn back into the product.
