the role:As an AFC (Anti-Financial Crime) Operations Intern at Upvest, you’ll be at the forefront of our financial crime defense, playing a hands-on role in safeguarding our platform and our clients.You’ll execute Upvest’s first-line-of-defense (1st LoD) AFC processes day to day, the case work that keeps our brokerage infrastructure clean and compliant.This is a full-time, 6-month internship for someone with a first exposure to AFC / KYC or to the financial sector more broadly, for example through studies, customer support, banking operations, or a previous internship, who is ready to take on a real caseload and grow in autonomy

Depending on performance and business needs, the internship may be extended or converted into a full-time position.
