About the roleYou're the local face of People at Legora: bringing local expertise, judgement and a strong understanding of employment practices to support employees and managers through a range of people matters.
You will provide local advisory support, run local casework from start to finish, fill process and policy gaps, and make sure the employee experience in your market is accurate, timely and well handled.
This is a hands-on, operational role and a strong launchpad for your next step.
You'll be close enough to the business to understand how each function really works, trusted to make real judgment calls on the ground, and sharp enough to know when somet.
