Healf is Europe's fastest-growing company.
Number one on the FT1000, number one on the Sifted 100.

Now we're aiming for £1bn in the next three.
We curate the world's best wellbeing brands across The Four Pillars™: EAT, MOVE, MIND, SLEEP.
That's the first chapter.
The next chapter is harder and more interesting.
We are moving from one market to many, from e-commerce to a technology platform, and from curating wellbeing to defining it.
We are a health company, so we think we should act like one.
At its fullest expression, Healf redefines what wellbeing means for tens of millions of people.
We're looking for a generalist Talent Partner to bring firepower to an AI-first talent team indexing heavily on talent density, candidate experience and hiring velocity.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone with a few years recruiting experience in high-growth, venture backed companies who thrives on ownership, founder-level agency and building deep relationships with passive candidates in hard-to-hire markets.
It's an end-to-end, generalist role; you'll be working across a range of searches from tech to commercial.
You'll be based in our London office 3-4 days a week.
This IC role is benchmarked for someone earlier in their career- you'll have a steep growth trajectory but it won't be the remit or provide growth for someone who's been longer tenured in a more senior position.
