Job Posted: September 2026 Location: NAMER Hi there! As Growth Design Lead, you'll lead design for a high-velocity experimentation program on our marketing site and campaign surfaces — turning insights into shipped, on-brand interactive experiences and measurable funnel lift.
You'll set the bar for growth design craft inside Brand Studio: rigorous testing, strong visual and interaction design, and an AI-augmented workflow that helps the team prototype and learn faster.
This is a senior design IC role.
You’ll partner with Growth Marketing, Product, Web/Engineering, Brand, and Data, is to design, prototype, and iterate experiences You'll operate at the intersection of design, data, and growth — translating behavioral and search insights into scalable layouts, flows, and components; establishing testing frameworks from a design perspective; and helping the team ship conversion improvements without sacrificing brand integrity or accessibility.
If you have a strong track record of designing for growth through experimentation, bring deep product and brand design thinking, understand how structure, UX, and page design affect discovery and conversion, and use AI tools to move faster without lowering the craft bar, we'd love to hear from you.
