Your ResponsibilityOwn the app's architecture, code quality, performance and stability on iOS and AndroidBuild and maintain native modules in Swift or Kotlin where React Native is not enoughOwn native build, release and store distribution for iOS and AndroidAgree API contracts with backend engineers and handle offline, retry and error statesIntegrate and maintain third-party SDKs for payments, maps, analytics and messagingBuild and maintain automated test coverage and run it in CIKeep the codebase's AI tooling in version control and review it like codeEffectively deploy and use AI agents.
Your Experience5+ years of React Native in production, shipped to both the App Store and Google PlaySolid native knowledge: Swift or Objective-C with Xcode, Kotlin or Java with Android, Studio and GradleStrong TypeScript and JavaScript, and experience with modern state managementREST API integration with deliberate handling of async, offline and error statesAutomated testing with Jest and Detox or Maestro, run in CI such as GitLab CI or GitHub ActionsStore releases with fastlane: signing, pre-release test tracks and staged rolloutsFluent in English, and eligible to work in GermanyHighly desiredExperience in mobility, logistics or another operations-heavy consumer productMap-heavy apps: location permissions, push notifications and deep linkingPayment SDK integration in a consumer appComfortable reading backend code in a typed language and SQLAccessibility and localisation for a multi-language audienceDaily use of AI coding agents.
