We are looking for an experienced Meeting Room Support Engineer (m/f/d) to manage, further develop, and provide operational support for modern conference room solutions based on Microsoft Teams Rooms.
The focus is on ensuring stable operation, technical development, and the rollout and support of hybrid meeting room infrastructures across multiple locations.
Tasks Operation, administration, and configuration of Microsoft Teams Rooms on Windows and/or Android Maintenance of Teams Room panels and Microsoft Surface Hub systems Implementation of firmware, software, and security updates for cameras, displays, audio equipment, and peripherals Support for rollouts and migrations of end-user hardware (laptops, monitors, docking stations, MTR systems) Participation in workshops, technical coordination meetings, and design sessions for the further development of the service Collaboration with internal stakeholders as well as external manufacturers and suppliers Creation and maintenance of technical documentation, SOPs, and knowledge base articles Handling of incidents, problems, and changes according to ITIL standards Monitoring, error analysis, and continuous optimization of the meeting room platform.
