Responsabilidades
Lead the technical direction of cross-functional squads, owning architectural decisions (ADRs) and defining coding standards and agile best practices.Design and build high-performance microservices (Go, Java) and responsive, AI-driven web interfaces (Angular) using clean architecture principles.Architect and manage secure, cloud-native infrastructure (GCP, Kubernetes) and drive Infrastructure-as-Code and CI/CD pipelines.Optimize system performance across SQL/NoSQL databases and ensure platform reliability through comprehensive testing, observability, and zero-trust security.Mentor and coach engineers at all levels, while partnering closely with Product Managers to translate business
