📜 Context As part of the reinforcement of an R&D team specializing in satellite communication technologies, we are looking for a RF / Antenna Engineer (M/F) to join an engineering team based in Lausanne.
You will join an interdisciplinary R&D team of highly skilled and passionate engineers working on the development of advanced antenna technologies for airborne and land-mobile applications.
The position offers the opportunity to work across the RF development lifecycle, from early-stage demonstrators to industrialized designs ready for mass production, within a highly innovative technological environment.
📌 Your role As a RF / Antenna Engineer, you will play a key role in the design, simulation, testing and characterization of RF subsystems and antennas.
Working closely with highly qualified RF and Antenna Design Engineers, you will contribute to the development and validation of high-performance Phased Array Antenna systems.
You will also be strongly involved in troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
When test results do not meet expectations, you will investigate the issue, identify its root cause and work with the relevant teams to implement appropriate solutions.
Accurate documentation and clear communication of your work and results will be an essential part of your role.
Contribute to RF and microwave development activities.
Analyze test results and identify deviations from expected performance.
