We are searching for a team leader (m, f, d) asTeam Leader Middle Office Control / Fund OperationsYour Tasks:Within the asset management middle office, responsible for the investment fund sector (CISA, ETF, UCITS), overseeing the reliability of data flows within the department and to custodian banks or companies providing outsourced fund services to banks or fund managers / Responsible for concepts, specifications, analyses, best practice as well as leading and developing a team / Responsible for supervising data quality, NAV calculations, fund key figures, cost transparency, PRIIP Key Information Documents, factsheet production and the preparation of fund reports / Responsible for valuation decisions and involvement in committees and bodies / Collaborating with various specialist teams and monitoring regulatory.

Requisitos

/ Planning and implementing optimisation projects with internal and external stakeholders, as well as further developing and automating processes and services within Fund Operations / Ad hoc projects.Your Profile:Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Banking & Finance or Economics / CPA or CISA as an advantage / Professional experience at a Big Four firm a auditor or consultant in the funds sector, in the middle office of an asset management firm, or at a fund service provider / Knowledge of Swiss and international funds / Experience of working with fund managers and financial market supervisory authorities such as FINMA, FMA, CSSF, etc. / Interest for IT and experience with process automation / Programming skills, e.g
