The Opportunity:We are seeking an experienced Principal Consultant / VP-level professional to support a high-profile Operations Transformation programme within a global banking environment.
This role will play a critical part in shaping future operating models, developing strategic recommendations, and creating executive-level narratives that align business, operations and technology priorities.
The successful candidate will combine strong consulting, operating model design and stakeholder management expertise with the ability to synthesize complex information into clear, compelling recommendations for senior leadership.
This is an intensive, fast-paced programme with an initial delivery focus over the next several months and requires an individual comfortable operating in ambiguous environments and driving outcomes quickly.
