As Marqeta’s Senior Manager, Bank Partnerships, you will manage and enhance relationships with existing issuing bank partners and develop new relationships.
The Partner Operations team is a key division within Marqeta's broader Go-To-Market Organization, responsible for global bank and network partnership strategies, and solution design and delivery.
This leadership role will serve as the primary contact for our bank partners, helping to drive incremental program growth, maintain strong relationships, and play a key role in managing some of Marqeta’s largest and most strategic account relationships.

This role can be performed remote within the United States or from our Oakland, CA or New York City offices.

The Impact You’ll Have Act as the primary liaison between Marqeta and existing bank issuing partners, fostering strong, collaborative relationships, and regularly communicating to understand needs and drive program performance (Relationship Management).
Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to make sure the company and its programs are fully compliant with bank.
Oversee day-to-day operational.
