Your responsibilitiesAbout the RoleWe are looking for an experienced and motivated Quality & Assurance Manager to lead and continuously improve our quality management processes.

In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that our products, services, and operational processes consistently meet internal standards, customer expectations, and applicable regulatory.

.You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for improvement, manage quality risks, and promote a strong culture of quality and continuous improvement throughout the organization.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop, implement, and maintain the company’s Quality Management System (QMS)Ensure compliance with applicable quality standards, regulations, and customer requirementsDefine and monitor quality objectives, KPIs, and performance indicatorsLead internal and external audits and coordinate corrective and preventive actionsIdentify quality risks and implement appropriate mitigation measuresInvestigate quality issues, customer complaints, and non-conformities and ensure effective root-cause analysisDevelop and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)Drive continuous improvement initiatives across processes and operationsWork closely with all other departmentsProvide guidance, training, and support to employees on quality-related topicsPrepare quality reports and present relevant findings and improvement measures to managementEnsure that quality documentation and records are maintained accurately and effectivelyQualifikationYour QualificationsFreelancers must meet the requirements for working on a...
