We’re looking for a Recruiter (Fixed Term Contract) to support hiring across our EMEA and APAC go-to-market teams during an exciting period of growth.
In this role, you’ll partner directly with business leaders across enterprise and public sector teams to attract and hire exceptional talent who are helping build trust in the blockchain ecosystem.

Contract DetailsFixed term contract (6 mths)Hybrid working – 1 day per week in our London officeImmediate impact supporting high-priority GTM hiring across EMEA & APACIn this role, you’ll:Own full-cycle recruiting for go-to-market roles across EMEA, including enterprise sales, account management, and customer-facing rolesBuild and execute proactive sourcing strategies to engage top talent across SaaS, fintech, and emerging crypto marketsPartner closely with hiring managers and senior leaders to define hiring strategies and identify the right profiles for their teamsManage candidates through the full interview process, delivering a high-touch, transparent candidate experienceProvide market insight and hiring guidance to stakeholders, acting as a trusted recruiting partnerMaintain strong pipelines of diverse talent across multiple geographiesCollaborate with the global Talent Acquisition team to share best practices and improve recruiting processesWe’re looking for candidates who have:A track record of successfully recruiting sales and go-to-market talent, particularly quota-carrying rolesExperience recruit.
