You bring strong DevOps fundamentals paired with solid software development.

You're comfortable operating with autonomy, making architectural decisions and raising the quality and resilience of our delivery and operational workflows.

What you'll doOwn infrastructure system health, security posture and cost for Rentman and Crewzone.

• Lead the transition to fully code-defined infrastructure, moving our AWS estate from ClickOps to end-to-end Infrastructure-as-Code.

Set up and maintain staging environments the P&D team can rely on for daily testing.

Build and own our observability stack: monitoring, logging, tracing, dashboards, alerts and uptime KPIs.

Produce insight into hosting cost and performance, and turn that insight into concrete recommendations.

Unify our Fargate and Kubernetes services onto one standard.

• Own cloud security and IAM, including account structure, access management, secrets and the controls that support our compliance work.
• Manage stakeholders across P&D and stay ahead of infrastructure required to land future products on.
