What is your Day to Day Mission:Act as the strategic People Partner for senior R&D and Technology leaders, advising on organizational strategy, leadership effectiveness, workforce planning, and long-term business growth.

Shape and scale a high-performing global R&D organization by designing structures, operating models, leadership layers, and talent strategies that support rapid growth and increasing organizational complexity.

• Lead the people-related aspects of mergers, acquisitions, and organizational integrations, ensuring successful onboarding of acquired teams, leadership alignment, cultural integration, and talent retention.
