Senior HR Tech Business Analyst – Workday & Process Optimization (m/f/d)

  You will join Flix's People & Organization Digital Transformation team to optimize how our global HR processes and technology work together.

As a hands-on Senior/Expert HR Tech Business Analyst (m/f/d), you will bridge HR operations and our internal Workday technology team, combining strong HR domain expertise with practical Workday knowledge to simplify processes, improve data quality and enable greater self-service across our global organization.

You will support day-to-day Workday tech requests, lead process gap analysis and redesign, and translate HR.

The role reports to the Head of Digital Transformation and works closely with People Operations, People Partners, process owners, our internal Workday technology team, FlixTech and other stakeholders globally.

This role is based in Berlin (hybrid model) Given the global scope, regular collaboration with colleagues across European, APAC and US time zones is required.
