<p>Harbor is looking for a <strong>Data Migration and Integration Consultant </strong>to join our HR and payroll transformation practice.
This is a technical consulting role at the heart of our delivery work, responsible for moving client data safely and accurately into modern HR platforms and for designing and building the integrations that keep those platforms connected to the wider technology landscape.
</p> <p>You will work across engagements involving SAP SuccessFactors, Workday and Oracle HCM, taking clients from messy, fragmented legacy data through to clean, validated go live loads, and from integration.
The role suits someone who enjoys the detail of data work but can also explain it clearly to HR and business stakeholders who do not speak in file formats.
</p> <p>This is a remote position based in the UK, with travel to client sites as needed.
</p> <hr> <h4>What you will do:</h4> <p><strong>Data migration</strong></p> <ul> <li>Lead and deliver data migration workstreams into SAP SuccessFactors, Workday or Oracle HCM, from strategy and planning through to go live and hypercare</li> <li>Define migration approaches, including scoping of data objects, load sequencing, cutover plans and rollback positions</li> <li>Profile and assess legacy data quality, identifying gaps, duplicates and inconsistencies, and agreeing cleansing ownership with the client</li> <li>Design and maintain mapping and transformation rules between legacy sources and target system structures</li> <li>Build, execute and reconcile data loads across multiple test cycles, mock conversions and production cutover</li> <li>Produce validation and reconciliation reporting that gives clients confidence in the accuracy and completeness of migrated data</li> <li>Advise clients on data retention, archiving and the treatment of historical records</li> </ul> <p><strong>Integration design and delivery</strong></p> <ul> <li>Gather and document integrati.
