We are looking for consultants with a passion for retail, assortments, and processes, who are eager to contribute their knowledge to exciting client projects while working with one of the leading planning and analytics platform, Board.Note - the day-to-day of this role is configuring and building reports in SoftwareTasksAdvise our retail clients on the implementation and enhancement of Board solutions for merchandising (MFP, WSSI, Range and Assortment, Allocation and Replenishment, Pricing and Promotions), planning & performance managementAnalyse retail business processes (e.g. category management, assortment planning, pricing) and translate them into smart, technology-driven solutionsFacilitate client workshops, develop concepts, and implement them hands-on with our teamAct as a sparring partner for our clients: bringing in your practical experience and combining it with best practices from other projectsSupport the creation of prototypes, reports, and dashboards that deliver real value in day-to-day businessRequirementsAt least 2 years of professional experience in a retail environment, e.g. as a merchandiser, category manager, business analyst or consultantPassion for retail & technologysome experience with BI, planning or analytics solutions is a plus, but not a mustSolid understanding of retail KPIs and processes (e.g. sales performance, stock management, assortment performance)Strong communication
